100% Chardonnay. Age of the vines 50 years.
Vinification:
Long fermentation using natural yeast, in temperature-regulated tank. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Almonds, dried flowers, pears and spices open up in the 2012 Chablis Vaudesir, a wine built on pure verticality and structure. The Vaudesir is deep, rich and resonant to the core, with exotic floral and spice overtones that add a measure of finesse to what is otherwise a pretty powerful wine.
