There are few things that pair as well as Champagne and oysters, ourselves and the legends at Toorak Cellars are in fine agreement. The evening will be hosted by the phenomenal Champagne winemakers, Benjamin Vitrac of Jacquesson and Jean Marc Sélèque of JmSélèque. Wines to be served alongside some light snacks, think oysters and gravlax. 4-6pm.
