Time to explore the terroir motifs of one of Australia’s most underrated – and least understood – wine regions, with three of its finest producers: Shadowfax, Curly Flat and Bindi. They’ll be presenting a line-up of their Pinot and Chardonnay – single-vineyard wines and regional blends from multiple vintages. It’ll be fascinating to see what themes occur for the specific sites and scattered pockets of Macedon.
