Bistro Vue
The team at Bistro Vue has put together a fantastic dinner to celebrate the wonders of Austrian wine. The evening will kick off with an Austrian Sekt (fizz), followed by Riesling and Grüner Veltliner from the famed wine-growing regions of the Wachau, Kremstal and Kamptal. Reds from Burgenland – think Sankt Laurent and Blaufränkisch – will follow, with a botrytised dessert wine to round it off. All this set to an ideal suite of delicious dishes.
