2016 Jacques Prieur Bourgogne Blanc
Domaine Jacques Prieur
From vines close to the domaine in Meursault. Quite a sunny, creamy aspect to the wine, which shows white peach, lemon and gentle wood spice, though there's no new oak used. Medium bodied with sweet lemon and rock melon fruit and a nice salt-pith offset. Not heaps of energy here but it's good to drink, and there's a nice sweep of acidity to finish. - Ed Merrison, CellarHand

Smells both creamy and crisply citrus with a light cedary edge. Chalky, fresh and pretty intense for a Bourgogne. Moreish, chalky-textured finish.
