Wine notes: Our 2007 Grande Vintage is the 9th release in the 22 years we have been making sparkling. Our grande vintage wines are made to show off the vintage in which they grew, selecting the best parcels of fruit to give freshness, elegance, balance and intensity. Only made in the best years, they are drier and more refined than our NV and are made entirely from the one vintage.
Seamlessly crafted, showing exceptional purity and approachability, a rich but poised palate singing with white peach and brioche with notes of dry hay lingering seamlessly though the dry finish. It's a wine of tremendous personality and sophistication, demonstrating again that Stefano Lubiana creates some of the most exciting sparkling wines from the southern hemisphere.
