This extra-brut introduces the philosophy of the family : terroir-driven, low dosage in order to underline the natural ripeness of our grapes, 4 years of ageing on lees, « liqueur d'expedition » made from our best wines.

Disgorgement : 1 December 2021

Assemblage : 69% pinot noir, 31% chardonnay

Ageing in barrels : 7% of the wine has aged in oak barrels from Domaine Jacques Prieur

Terroir : Verzenay, Grand Cru

Soil : Clay-limestone

Main plots : Les Potences, Les Longues Raies, Les Rochelles, Champs Saint Martin

Average age of the vines : 35 years old

Dosage : 1.6 g/l, Extra-Brut
